Journalist, Communication Consultant, Lecturer - Albany, New York.

A graduate from the Center for Studies of Information Science and Technology (CESTI) at the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Anoumou AMEKUDJI has lived in Senegal, where he worked as a journalist in a economic weekly and as a communication officer in an NGO specializing in supporting media pluralism for a few years. He is currently completing a doctorate in French and Francophone Studies, option Francophone literature and cinema, at the State University of New York in Albany, where he also teaches. He devote his thinking and research to African cinema, and more generally the fate of African cultures.
